Operations Associate Are you a winery cellar worker looking to advance beyond your current opportunities? We regularly have openings for the position of Operations Associate as we grow. Operations Associates are responsible for operation of advanced winemaking equipment, maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment, and customer interface. MNA offers 2nd and 3rd generation winemaking technologies to our clients at their winery. Our technologies are focused on gentle, efficient procedures for improving our customer’s wines. Qualifications: This job requires an individual who can work independently, set and meet goals and agenda for their time. The successful candidate has integrity, a strong work ethic, and curiosity about winemaking and technology. The candidate is good at, and enjoys working with, a variety of people in different settings. The candidate will be excited to work with deadlines and under occasional pressure in an ever-changing environment. • Winery cellar experience is required • Good arithmetic is required • Spanish language skills a plus • Experience operating a wide variety of pumps, as well as advanced filtration systems • Candidate must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license Responsibilities EQUIPMENT OPERATION 80% Candidate will operate advanced filtration devices at wineries. This involves setup (including occasional electrical plug wiring), and operation in compliance with MNA quality control standards and customer objectives. EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT 10% Candidate will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repair of advanced filtration system. CUSTOMER SERVICE 5% Candidate will answer operational and maintenance questions and interacts directly with customer winery personnel. ADMINISTRATIVE 5% Candidate will maintain records of work performed and attend and contribute to meetings on occasion.
