We offer a TTB approved process for concentrating color (along with the other phenols) in wine. It will produce a very pale pink permeate, along with a much more phenolic concentrated wine. It does not concentrate acids or alcohol.  Usually a 5-10% concentration will improve the phenolic concentration, color, and body of a red wine substantially.  Contact us for more information.
