Color & Body Adjustment

There are a wide range of possible TTB approved adjustments to be made using our special UF process. This unique equipment is enhanced by membranes developed by us with special capabilities. We can:


  • remove fixed phenols and color from white wine (most often from sunburn and/or rot)
  • concentrate red wine color, phenolics, and body
  • remove color from white wines
Usually a 5-10% concentration will improve color, body, and phenolics of red wine substantially.
